Yes. Under DDP terms, we handle clearing goods into your country, settling import duties and taxes, and delivering directly to your specified address. Every cost item is itemized in our quotation and confirmed in writing on the Proforma Invoice.

Do I need a customs agent to import the shelving?

• FOB / CIF: Yes, import clearance is your responsibility, typically managed through a local customs broker or your freight forwarder. We supply standard export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill), Certificate of Origin, CE, RoHS, and SGS reports.
• DDP: No. We manage the entire clearance and doorstep delivery process for you.

To reduce shipping volume and freight expenses, all our shelving ships knock-down (flat-packed). Comprehensive electronic installation instructions are provided before cargo arrival.
